a fresh perspective.

I’m Odette Bartnicki, and I’m running for Deputy Mayor because Saugeen Shores deserves experienced, collaborative and forward-thinking leadership.

I bring more than 30 years of professional leadership, including serving as a teacher, Principal, Superintendent and Director in education, as well as experience with the Ontario Ministry of Education. I have also served as Deputy Mayor of The Blue Mountains and on Grey County Council.

Having called Port Elgin and Saugeen Ward home, and soon to be living in our forever home in Southampton, I appreciate the unique character of each—and the importance of serving the whole municipality.
